Hidden Water

This before picture reflects what SERVPRO finds when we walk in to a water loss. The typical bathroom has vinyl or tile floor. The damage here is what you don't see. In the after photo, you see the hidden moisture under the vinyl flooring. The water may lay on top of the vinyl, but if there are any tears, the water will seep through. In this case, the water seeped under the edges of the vinyl floor. In most cases, we have to remove the vinyl floor due to not being able to get air flow underneath the vinyl flooring.
