Sean McCabe

Owner

Sean McCabe began his career in the restoration industry as a production technician in the family business. After earning a BA from Kutztown University, Sean acquired SERVPRO of Columbia, Montour, and Sullivan Counties in 2021. He is actively involved with the franchise's production team, focusing on strategizing for large losses.

In his spare time, Sean enjoys cheering on Philadelphia sports teams, golfing, and spending time with family, friends, and his two dogs.

Christina McCabe

Owner

Christina McCabe brings years of industry experience to SERVPRO of Columbia, Montour and Sullivan Counties. With experience in industry software programs including Xactimate and Docusketch, Christina specializes in large-loss file administration and processing.

Christina has experience in Real Estate and spent a few years as an Insurance Adjuster giving her experience on both sides of the industry.  She is dedicated to ensuring a satisfactory customer experience paired with proper insurance-supporting documentation to help ensure a smooth claims process for all parties. 

Christina heads our reconstruction services and especially enjoys restoring homes and businesses to their preloss condition.

Kristen Carroll

Finance Manager

Kristen Carroll oversees all of our finances, including accounting and collections. She has been a dedicated member of our team since the early 10's.

Kristen graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. She resides in NJ with her husband Brian and their daughter, Gracie. Their household also includes a variety of pets, such as two rescued boxers, chickens, guinea pigs, and fish.

Crista Weber

HR Administrator

Crista Weber is one of our Human Resources Admin, helping to manage our techs and ensuring we run a smooth ship!

She's been in the restoration business for several years now and has a strong background in customer service.

Crista and her husband bill reside in Quakertown with their daughter Addison.

Lauren Lehnowsky

Commercial Account Manager 

Lauren Lehnowsky joined our marketing and sales department in March 2024. She has been in the sales industry for the past four years since graduating from Temple University's Fox School of Business with a major in marketing and a minor in biology. Lauren excels in customer service and loves building relationships with clients.

Lauren hails from a small town called Mountain Top, Pennsylvania. She is a huge animal lover and has two cats, Goose and Puff, as well as a Labrador named Maui. In her free time, Lauren enjoys hanging out with friends and spending time outdoors, whether it's taking Maui on walks or just relaxing. She also loves attending concerts and sports games to support all Philadelphia teams.

Lauren is excited to use her experience and skills to elevate SERVPRO's marketing efforts and foster lasting connections along the way.

Ryan Booth

Commercial Account Manager 

Ryan Booth heads up our sales department and brings a fresh perspective to SERVPRO with his background in customer service in the restaurant industry. He enjoys building relationships and providing solutions for our customers.

Ryan resides in Quakertown with his fiancée, Brittany, and their black lab, Jet.

Kara Guerra

Marketing and Education Coordinator

With a Bachelor’s in Business Communications from Chestnut Hill College, Kara Guerra leads SERVPRO Team McCabe's marketing initiatives, including cultural and community programs as well as all digital marketing efforts. Kara also heads our Continuing Education classes and Lunch and Learns, in addition to managing community sponsorships.

Kara resides in Quakertown with her husband, Steve, and their two children. Their household includes two dogs, two cats, and two snakes—sensing a theme?

Koby Byrum

 Production Manager 

Koby Byrum has extensive experience in the restoration and customer service industries. As our Production Manager he uses his wealth of knowledge every day to aid our crew chiefs in delivering excellent service.

Born and raised on a farm in Indiana, Koby and his two older brothers developed a strong work ethic from their military father. Koby is also a specialist in carpet and duct cleaning, further showcasing his versatility and expertise.

Koby’s favorite thing is to share positive quotes, always aiming to leave people with a smile. His personal motto is, "I can’t change what anybody else does or thinks, but I can do my bit."

Koby currently resides in Bucks County with his wife Heather.

Carisa Miller

Job File Coordinator 

Carisa Miller joined the SERVPRO of Columbia, Montour, and Sullivan Counties team as an Administrative Assistant and now serves as our lead Job File Coordinator, managing all scheduling and job files. She graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill with a doctorate in Physics and Astronomy, making her undeniably the smartest person on our team.

In her free time, Carisa enjoys reading, gaming, and spending time with her dog and cats.

Levi Tarselli

Crew Lead

Levi began his work here at SERVPRO of Columbia, Montour, and Sullivan Counties in January 2022. Previously employed in the steel industry, he now works with our production team and leads all of our mitigation and remediation jobs. Levi is IICRC WRT and OSHA 10H certified. Levi spends most of his time outside of work enjoying outdoor recreation, including fishing and hunting.

Eric Zimmerman

Crew Lead

Eric has been with SERVPRO of Columbia, Montour, and Sullivan Counties since August 2022, but has been in the restoration industry for over 30 years. He is a certified water restoration technician, with further certifications in applied structural drying, and carpet, upholstery, and hardwood flooring restoration. Outside of work, Eric enjoys hunting and fishing.
