Extensive Water Damage

SERVPRO of Columbia, Montour & Sullivan Counties received a call for water damage to a finished basement, extent unknown until we arrive onsite. The water had poured out of the exterior walls, causing a waterfall effect, which had froze over. Our crew walked in to find the plaster and drywall ceilings had fallen, hardwood floor had warped. After we had received approval for coverage from the insurance, our crew had to demo all the ceilings and most of the walls in the basement. All hardwood flooring was removed from the basement.
